Shipping & Returns
After order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Then we reach out to our suppliers for immediate shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the credit card transaction and inform you via e-mail.
After placement of order, item(s) will be shipped within 5 business days. Once item(s) leaves the warehouse we will then send tracking information to the e-mail provided to us at checkout . If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
It is the customer’s responsibility to open the packages and carefully inspect the items upon arrival, before signing the delivery papers and before the freight carrier leaves.
Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment. It is important to select “YES” on the question: “Is there damage to the exterior packaging?” field. If this option is not available on the delivery paper, please also note this in writing on the delivery papers. Then also take pictures and e-mail us your findings at email@example.com and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s) or refund.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds will be returned to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all return shipment costs. Any order cancelled after 48 hours is subject to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable) If the order was shipped, . You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, excluding products from Holland Bar Stool.
Holland Bar Stool: WE don’t accept buyer’s remorse but if someone would like to return an unopened item they can. They have 10 days to open a RMA and must have the item to us by day 14. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs back and forth.
The refund will be issued within 15 business days approximately, once your return item(s) has been received and inspected
Click on the Returns Center link on bottom of home page and fill out information required in form.
Once approved we will send you back a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#) approving the return or exchange. All return items must be authorized by a RMA#. The return address to ship your item will be included with the RMA#. The RMA# will be e-mailed back to you within 3-5 business days after we receive your request form.
Please follow the instructions to return item. All items must be returned in original condition, including original packaging, containers and all documentation.
Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipment costs.
